Adding Existing Candidates To Talent Pool

Is there a way to assign candidates that are already in the system to a talent pool?

For example, if a candidate is not a fit for the role they applied for but we want to put them into a talent pool for future roles, how would we do this?

Additionally, how would we assign the candidate to a specific talent pool?
