Hello

I have a Zoho One Account and I am the only user. No employee.

Now I would like an external person to access one of my WorkDrive Folder so that he can edit certain files.

Can I add him as member of that folder to achieve that ?

If yes how do I add new member ?

Adding an external member would not impact my Zoho One subscription as I am still the only employee in my company , right ?

 

The external link is not doing the right job for me as I really would like the file to stay in the folder, being edited without leaving the folder.
