Additional Pipelines and Air Actions support in the latest version of Bigin Android app
Hello all!
In the latest version of the Bigin Android app (v1.5.8), we have brought in support for the below enhancements:
Additional Pipelines:
The existing list of available team pipeline templates has been expanded to include the following templates:
- Customer Support
- Refund Processing
Samsung Air Actions:
What are Samsung Air Actions?
Air actions are S Pen features that allows you to control your Samsung Galaxy device like a remote, by simply waving the S Pen or pressing its button.
What can Air Actions do in Bigin?
While writing in Notes, in scribble mode, you can delete a word by simply pressing the S Pen’s button. You can also configure actions with single press and double press:
Note: Please ensure the Air Actions are enabled and configured to function properly:
Enable Air Actions:
On a compatible device, go on to Settings > Advanced features > S Pen.
Enable Air Actions using the toggle switch, and ensure the S Pen is connected to the device.
Configure Air Actions:
After you've enabled Air Actions using the switch, tap on Air Actions > App Actions > Bigin.
Set up the S Pen button to trigger the desired action in Bigin.
