How can I create a workflow that when candidates apply to certain positions I can have forms and information automatically triggered to them to continue on the hiring process? In the staffing and high volume recruiting world very seldom do you send offer letters by email, it is best while you have the candidate to get them to fill out all needed information at the same time. Once they are registered and are in the candidate portal they should be able to see all necessary information the company wants to share upfront.
