'Advanced Campaigns' and 'Regular Campaigns' are now merged!

We are here with the first update of 2022. These changes in Zoho Campaigns are designed to make the user experience simpler for our customers. The changes will reflect from March 22, 2022 onwards. However, it will not affect any of your existing campaigns or setup.

The first of the three-part update is that we are making it mandatory for users to provide a Campaign Name before configuring other steps. This will be applicable to those users who have migrated to the new Topic Management setup. Earlier unnamed campaigns were saved as 'Untitled', causing confusion amongst team members. This update will leave no room for ambiguity.

Secondly, it will also be mandatory for users of the new Topic Management setup to associate a topic with the campaign. This allows you to send interest-based email content, therefore improving engagement. Those who are yet to switch, have time till September 30, 2022 to do so. You can reach out to support@zohocampaigns.com if you need any assistance with the update.

This pop-up will appear for those who have enabled the new Topic Management
The most interesting update that we are introducing this time is the merger of Regular and Advanced campaigns options, that can be accessed from the 'Email Campaigns' tab on the navigation tool bar. You can easily access regular campaigns along with advanced campaign options like A/B Testing, Webinar and Survey campaigns etc to up your email marketing game.

As mentioned earlier, this doesn't affect any of your existing, scheduled campaigns. However, do reach out to us at support@zohocampaigns.com in case of any queries.

      • Tip of the week 15 - Add subscription-preferences option. Drive more engagement.

If crafting content for emails, getting creatives done, and running email campaigns is your love, then unsubscribes are the heartbreakers.  You can save your emails from being unsubscribed/trashed by adding a proper subscription-preferences option in your emails (works best at the time of signup). Giving subscribers the option to choose what they want to receive from you and decide how often (frequency of the emails) your emails should hit their inboxes will increase the reach of your campaigns manifolds.
