Advice on creating a collection of Campaigns
A campaign is a single message or offering at a
point in time to a specific audience. Sometimes we want to send a sequential
series of these. For example:
- Campaign
1 – January - discount on soups
- Campaign
2 – February - two for one desserts
- Campaign
3 – March - free appetizers
In reality, during the year we would be sending
multiple “Campaigns” that together make up an ordered collection of “Offers”.
What would be the best way to organize this in Zoho CRM?
Would Campaigns become a collection of offers? How
would we plan it? Would we use Zoho Marketing Hub to create an ordered collection
of Campaigns to send to an audience during the year?
What would be your recommended way to organize this in
the CRM?
I've been thinking of using the Marketing Hub on top of it as solution
