After Alter Quot template the result in PDF get messed up

I made changes to my Quot template, minor move of field into different location. After save the export to PDF got the wrong results and preventing me from get quotation from the system.

Taking this code into simple sample.html file and open in browser shows good result. But when generating it in the ZOHO to pdf with real values it is getting all messed up and miss aligned.

This is a show stopper on our sale cycle as we do not wish to go back to WORD.
