AI: Zoho needs to keep up

I am quite worried if Zoho is able to keep up with all the AI development which is absolutely wild right now. I have always thought, that Zia is ahead of its time, but with Microsoft Copilot coming up Zoho really needs to implement new AI Featues fast.
