All about 'Reminders' in Zoho Sprints mobile app (iOS)

Hello everyone!

Here is all you need to know about the Reminder functionality in the iOS version of Zoho Sprints mobile app.

You can set reminders for your work items and receive timely notifications right before a work item is due to start or as its due date approaches. These reminders are triggered based on the reminder type and frequency you define. Rest assured, you'll be kept in the loop via email notifications.

Reminder Options: Within the item details view, we've added a convenient "Add Reminder" option that provides you with the following choices:

  • Remind On: Set a specific date and time for your reminder.

  • Remind Before: Get a reminder before the start or end date of a work item (available for items with start and end dates).

  • Remind After: Receive a reminder after the start or end date of a work item (available for items with start and end dates).

  • Remind Daily: Set daily reminders for work items (available for items with start and end dates).

View and Manage Your Reminders:
  You can effortlessly view your reminder lists directly within the item details. Your active reminders are neatly organised in the 'Active' section, while completed and suspended reminders are tucked away in the 'Elapsed' section. Plus, you have the flexibility to add, edit, or delete item reminders right from the reminders list view. Please refer the screenshot depicted below: 



Seamless Mobile Experience
: You can also effortlessly add, edit, or delete reminders while creating or editing an item directly from within our mobile app. Refer to the screenshot below:
