We have two Zoho Tables bases. One of them, Projects, contains three tables: Projects, Tasks, and Time. We set them up a few days ago and have been entering data.

The system was working earlier today, although we were unable to export data (and reported that problem).

Just now, I opened the base and discovered that:

1. All the data is gone from all three tables

2. The table definitions appear to have reverted to the defaults supplied when you create a blank table

3. Table names have all reverted to 'Table 1', 'Table 2', etc

4. View names have all reverted to 'View 1', 'View 1_copy', etc

5. The logs also appear to be empty

I don't see anywhere to access a backup. We desperately need some help recovering our data. Of course, we're also concerned about the safety of using this system for important data.
