all tickets to have due date by default
I need the tickets to have a due date by default so none enter in "No Due Date" category.
I have been trying to get hold of someone numerous times.5 times via chats and 2 times via call.
We are paying so much for your whole ZOHO One suite, above that I am calling for help to your desk making it as an international call from India because we are UK based business and being on hold for hours. Every time agents just disconnect the session without giving any resolution or telling they would raise a ticket. Since a month I have been waiting for WhatsApp Integration that is still pending(I have no idea what all you guys verifying because our business is already verified by twilio and facebook).
I have never in my life witnessed such poor quality like this for of service and support. The least you could do is tell a customer we donot know how to resolve this or we will work. In whole set of agents only 1 or 2 would know the exact solution rest all either hangs up or disconnect chats without any reason what so ever.
Using Salesforce, JIRA, Zendesk is far better in terms of services, features and support.
