Allocating freight costs into the item net cost in Inventory
Do we have to manually calculate the total cost for items we buy to include the cost of freight to get the items?
The allocating freight feature only allows one to assign an accounting account to the freight cost.
Our old system distributed the cost among all the items on the bill.
My latest tech support chat said allocating landed to cost into the actual cost of the item is not possible.
