Amazing help staff at Zoho

I dont know what you all think about the help that zoho provides. I am actually amazed by it.
I was helped by "Deepa R" for importing invoice information from my old system (Billings for mac) into Zoho.
The entire process was analyzed tested and is now being migrated. Thats quiet a premium service.
Any other good stories out there?
