Amazon FBA Stranded inventory

I am constantly getting error messages on Amazon saying that my inventory in the FBA warehouse is stranded.  I have to keep going back to the inventory items in Zoho and marking it as an FBA item, but something keeps happening to change this as I’ve had to do this repeatedly. It’s really frustrating because if item is marked as stranded on Amazon, then you as seller have to ship the item. I have to do this nearly every day one or two items become stranded. Means you have to check on Amazon all the time for the status of your inventory. Amazon say it’s definitely something that Zoho  is doing. 
And despite doing regular transfer orders every time I send something into FBA, my stock levels always seem to be wrong?
