For the last two days, an extra tag is appearing at the end of the url of my shop in zoho commerce. This looks like something related to zoho sales IQ widget added to the e-commerce store. Pls see the two links below:

Both are essentially the same URL. #zsiqwidget is appearing at the end which I dont want. It looks like a spam. Pls discard the tag at the end and let me know
