I want to sort by "Due Date" as I do on the web interface, because then I can have tickets sorted by due date and I know what to do during the day. 

As we have no calendar integration in Zoho Support yet (I've been told it's coming 2'nd quarter, 2015), it's the only way to get a picture of what needs to be done and I find it very hard to really know what needs to be done when using the Android client.
