We are trying to connect “contacts” to an exact geo address/location.

But the Thing is that when we copy the “plus code” addresses from Google Maps into the street address in the CRM, and then search for the contact location, it doesn’t locate it. This happens because it doesn’t recognize it, and we believe this is happening because the Zoho CRM app (in Android) changes the format.

For example; it will change it from “7HQQ8FXF+CV” to “7HQQ8FXF CV,” and this is not recognized when searched by Google; saying: “No results found”. Please see the attached images.

However, in the same procedure, it works perfectly with the iOS (iphone) app.
