Announcing New Features in Trident for macOS (v.1.22.0)

Trident for macOS (v.1.22.0) is here with thoughtful updates to improve your daily workflow. Here's a quick look at what's new.

Switch email response type easily.
You can now switch between Reply, Reply All, and Forward directly in the Mail Composer, even after starting with a different action.

Upload email attachments to WorkDrive.
Until now, you could drag and drop email attachments to the WorkDrive widget even without downloading them to the system.
With the new 'Add to WorkDrive' option, you can now select and upload multiple email attachments at once. This makes it even easier to move files from your inbox to WorkDrive without the extra step of saving them to your device.

Look up WorkDrive files and folders.
With the dedicated search bar in the WorkDrive widget, you can now quickly locate files and folders. 

View related records for CRM events.
CRM events in the Calendar now include dedicated sections for related Notes and Files, giving you all the context you need—right from the event details.

To leverage these new features in Trident, update the app to the latest version by following the steps below:
  1. Open Trident.
  2. In the system menu bar, click Trident.
  3. Select Check for Updates from the menu list.
