Categorizing WorkDrive Files

By default, all of your WorkDrive files are grouped under the following views:

• Recent Files: Lists all the files you've worked on recently.
• Favorites: Lists all the files you've added as favorites.
• Labels: Lists the files and folders under different labels as per what you've created.
• My Folders: Lists the folders you've created to organize your files.
• Shared With Me: Lists the files and folders that members of your organization have shared with you.
• Org Folders: Lists the folders that are available for organization members to view and collaborate on (subject to vary based on permissions). 

Below these views, you'll find the list of all WorkDrive teams that you are a part of. 

Uploading Files to WorkDrive

To upload a file:

1. Click the Upload File  icon.
2. Broswe and select the file to upload.
3. Click Open.

Note: You can only upload files to the My Folders views.

Previewing Writer, Sheet, and Show Documents

You can preview Writer, Sheet, and Show documents from the WorkDrive widget simply by navigating to the view where the file is located and clicking on it. This will open the document within Trident. 

If you want to open it in the web browser, click the Open in Browser option on the preview header. 

Downloading and Printing WorkDrive Files

You can preview, download, and print file formats such as PNG and PDF from the WorkDrive widget. 

To download a file:

1. Open the file and click the Download icon on the preview header. 
2. In the dialog that opens, specify the file name and location. 
3. Click Save. 

To print a file:

1. Open the file and click the Print icon on the preview header. 
2. In the dialog that opens, select the printer, and specify the number of copies, and the page range. 
3. If you prefer, you can configure additional printing details by clicking Show Details and making the required adjustments.
4. Once ready, click Print.

Granting Access to WorkDrive Files

To grant a person access to your files in WorkDrive using Smart Flow:

1. Drag the email address or the image of the contact from the email detail view.
2. Drop it on the WorkDrive file that you want to share.
