Announcing qualified electronic signatures via itsme in Zoho Sign
Hello, everyone!
With increased focus on improving compliance with regional laws, we have continued to expand Zoho Sign's list of digital signature providers. Today, we are excited to announce that Zoho Sign offers qualified electronic signatures (QES) via itsme, a popular and highly trusted digital identity provider from the Benelux region, and also a qualified trust service provider (QTSP) recognized by the EU.
Users can now get their documents signed through this method to meet the electronic signature specification laid out by the eIDAS regulation (EU 910/2014). Signers from the EU, primarily in the countries of Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg, will be able to use their eID or itsme account to authenticate themselves at the time of signing.
Happy Zoho Signing!
