Announcing Zoho MarketingHub plugin for WordPress
Hello everyone,
We are glad to be introducing the Zoho MarketingHub plugin for WordPress users. Now, you can understand visitor behavior on your WordPress pages and posts while getting them to convert into leads using signup forms.
Read on to know how you can learn more about your WordPress site visitors using this plugin.
1) Understanding website visitors' behavior:
Once you have connected your WordPress site with Zoho MarketingHub's Web Assistant tool, you can instantly set up tracking for your web pages and posts, right from the WordPress admin panel. This helps you learn how your visitors engage with different pages.
Analyzing your visitors' behavior helps you:
- take follow-up actions on them based on how they interact with the page
- define events for different activities like link clicks and button clicks, and set up goals for those events. Based on whether your visitors have achieved or missed the goal, you can engage with them by building personalized journeys and convert them into customers overtime.
2) Converting visitors into leads using signup forms
This plugin makes your work much easier by letting you access all the signup forms you have created in Zoho MarketingHub from your WordPress account. All you have to do is choose the signup form from the list, generate a short code, copy and paste it in the required area in your web pages or blog posts. Whether it is a single page or multiple pages, you can embed the signup form in them with just a click. You also have the option to show or hide your form on the pages based on your needs, with a simple control from within your WordPress admin panel. For example, you have hosted a signup form with regard to an offer running for a limited period. Interested visitors can submit their information to avail the offer. Once the offer period is over, you can turn off the form on the page and turn it on when needed in future. This saves a lot of your time from embedding the form all over again in your pages.
P.S. The Zoho MarketingHub plugin for WordPress is supported for users of all DCs—zoho.com, zoho.eu, zoho.in.
Here is the step-by-step instruction to set up web assistant and signup forms for WordPress pages.
