Annoying User Experience : associate job openings

Annoying User Experience : associate job openings

Hello,

I realize that depending on where you are on Zoho Recruit, the steps to associate candidates to jobs are a bit different. I explain myself :

1) - if you are on a list of candidates, you can associate one (or more) candidates to jobs by doing that : select candidate(s) with the check box/3 dots button/associate job openings/type the name of the client/search... (and then you have your results and can select the right job).

2) - if you are on the page of a specific candidate, you do this way :
actions/associate job openings... (and then you already have access to the full list of active jobs and can select the good one).

Obviously this last way is quicker, with less clicks. But we still have to go on the candidate profile instead of staying on the candides list. Why that? Again, that's a click that we could avoid doing (a few less clicks are very important on a daily basis, 5 seconds spent here and there, repeatedly, at the end of the day make a difference in our use of Zoho).

The most efficient way would be a mix of both. From a list of candidates :
select candidate(s) with check box/3 dots button/associate job openings...(and then you already have access to the full list of active jobs and can select the right one).

Can you modify that please?

Regards

Olivier
