API nor Iframe can be used to properly implement the jobboard with some controll -- THIS SHOULD BE FIXED RIGHT NOW

IFRAME integration:

No web designer would ever want to use an iframe to implement anything anymore that is so 2005, in today's web design, you have responsive websites that work on phone/tablet/desktops and you are giving the us an Iframe to work with?

One has to define height and width for the iframe, and then when a candidate clicks to see the job description, it opens up a lightbox, within the Iframe???  When the data of the job-description exceeds the height setting necessary for the Iframe, the lightbox gets cut off...

When you only have 2 jobs the but you want to make sure that when you post 5 that the last 3 jobs listings are visible you need to make your iframe big enough for when that might happen.

API integration

With the api, you can have full control over the style of you job listings but it has one fatal flaw:

The API does not generate a url anywhere that can be used to apply for a job, so you can have a nice looking job-board just the way you want but you can't apply for the job you listed.. EUH??

JSON / RSS feed with all the data of the all the job listings and a form association should be launched like right now.

Don't get me wrong, I love ZOHO but its these head scratching weird uncompleted solutions that make me want to look elsewhere. The support and documentation is also in need of an immediate overhaul!
