Append Completion Certificate with signed document

When the signature process is completed, an email is sent with 2 pdf, the actual fully signed document and the completion certificate.

It would be ideal to have an option so that Sign merges both documents so that the completion cert. is always kept with the actual document, reducing administrative efforts.
