When I attempt to create an invoice, the applicable taxes are printed on the invoice but the calculations for those taxes DO NOT appear. Pleas see example below:

Line item                               19.00

First tax (1.5%)                              

2nd tax  (0.2%                              

-------------------------------------------------------

Total                                     19.00?

Any ideas on what I may be doing incorrectly?
