Applying Open Credits to Subscription Creation and Updates
Hi folks,
Managing Credits can be tricky and involves lot of follow ups from the customers. But, now handling Credit Notes will never be the same again because we have come out with an update.
In the past, open credits ( credit notes that have some balance),were applied only during subscription renewal. On the request of few our customers,we have enabled the option to apply these open credits during subscription creation and update as well.
Now you can find the open credits getting applied to new subscriptions,subscriptions that are updated and renewals.
For all Organizations created on or before May 29th, 2015
Please note that the Organizations that were created on or before
May 29th, 2015
would not see this change.
If you want this option for your organization please contact us as support@zohosubscriptions.com. We will help you activate it.
For Organizations created after
May 29th, 2015
All the new organizations will have it activated by default. If you want to disable it please follow the steps below.
- Go to Settings ( Gear Icon on top Navigation Bar)
- Click on More Settings
- Select General Preferences
- Select Invoice.
- Uncheck the Checkbox labelled as " Redeem Credit Notes".
