Applying Pre-Defined, Zoho Parameter Driven Formatting to Zoho Sheet View BEFORE generating

I currently have a specifically formatted excel spreadsheet that we use to track our prospects and typically need to print out a hard copy on a bi-weekly basis to present to and utilize during staff meetings. It currently is not using any sophisticated formulas, xrefs, calculations, etc, however font types, sizes, cell text alignment, predefined column widths, text wrapping, etc, cell background colors are all parameters that have been established.
 
Is there a way to define and set all these parameters on a Predefined View or User Created View basis somewhere in Zoho CRM such that each time I am going to run the Zoho Sheet View, when the spreadsheet is generated, my parameters are applied to the generated sheet so that I don't have to manually format to match my static speadsheet currently being used locally every time I run the Zoho Sheet View???
 
Just for informational purposes, I am currently running Windows 7 and Excel 2010 locally.
