Appointments show up on project calendar but do not show up on consolidated calendar

Have tried many alternatives but could not find a pattern. Today I have entered two similar calendar entries on the same project. One of them migrated to General Agenda and the second one did not.

Would you help me please?

It is rather important for me because the overall calendar is what gets exported to my ical and synchronized with all my devices.
