Are the cookies -zldt and -zldp technically necessary or how do we block them before cookie consent is given?

Hello,

we are in the process of making our website more privacy compliant and have implemented a new cookie banner.

Our website has SalesIQ and Zoho CRM embedded into it.

The following cookies are set before it comes to consent to the cookie statement.:
-_zldt
-_zldp

Those appear to be related to SalesIQ according to:
https://www.zoho.com/salesiq/cookies-policy.html

So, my question is:

Are these cookies technically necessary and are they already allowed to be active before consenting to the cookie declaration?
And if not, how do I block the cookies before consent?

Thank you

      • How to Add Users to your Organization in ZohoMail?

A better clarity so you can create other users to start using Zoho Mail. You can directly Add Users from the Control Panel to your Organization. You can invite users with the existing email address. If the person (user) already uses ZohoCRM, then you can import users from Zoho CRM. You can also import them using a .csv file. (if you are planning to add them in Bulk)  In this topic, We will be discussing on how to Add and Invite users only.  The Import options are self explanatory. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________
