Are Zoho Campaign Deliverability Issues Fixed? Do you emails end up in SPAM?
We are considering using Zoho Campaigns for email marketing automation but have first hand account from experienced users and consultants that the deliverability rate of emails from Zoho Campaigns has been poor in the past. Too many emails get sent to SPAM when sent from Zoho Campaigns, even after setting up DKIM, SPF, and DMARC.
Doing online research, it looks like there are a lot of posts about this issue from 3-4 years ago. Zoho could have corrected the problem, or Zoho could be removing the threads that show this problem.
- Are your emails getting into your leads and contacts inboxes?
- Do too many emails end up in the SPAM folder?
I'd also be open to hearing other feedback about Zoho Campaigns, good or bad?
