As a red mark

I have a form to assign an appointment, what I need and how I can do it, in case if I am going to assign an appointment at 7 am and it is 9 am the red dots are marked in the schedule box, the only thing I could do is to mark me red if I had already assigned an appointment at that time, but I have not been able to do it when it is out of the time range.

The time table is only made in a note field and was made in HTML.

I remain pending if someone can help me.
