Hello,

I have created a new custom field to show in our ASAP widget to store the URL of where the request is getting made from. I have this getting populated by using ZohoHCAsapSettings and is working as expected.

The thing is, I would like to make this field readonly so that the user cant modify or delete it. Now we have set it as readonly in the settings and when we use the Web Portal this field is readonly to end users but the field in the ASAP widget is still editable.

Is there anyway I can set this field as readonly via the ZohoHCAsapSettings or by another option in the JS?
