Assign Fields When Adding Task by Email
I have a general "Support" project set up as a catch-all for all the small requests I get from clients. I see that I can forward their email request to the project and it will be added as a task - that's great! However, the task just shows up as the email subject line and I don't have any way of knowing what client it's from without manually tagging the client. I see I can create a custom task template, but there's no field that allows me to assign a client already in my CRM, so I'd have to manually type the client name for each one.
In an ideal world, I could somehow add the client name when emailing the task to my Support project - is there any way to autopopulate a field by adding something to the actual email?
I know that I could create a separate "project" for every client but that would be unwieldy since there are 100+ clients that could potentially email me with a small task. I'd rather have a catch-all project for all these small tasks that includes all client requests. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

How to Add Users to your Organization in ZohoMail?
A better clarity so you can create other users to start using Zoho Mail. You can directly Add Users from the Control Panel to your Organization. You can invite users with the existing email address. If the person (user) already uses ZohoCRM, then you can import users from Zoho CRM. You can also import them using a .csv file. (if you are planning to add them in Bulk) In this topic, We will be discussing on how to Add and Invite users only. The Import options are self explanatory. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________
