Assist won't connect to any PC's at one location

We have users across different locations, all of which used to be able to connect with Zoho without issues.  In the past 2 weeks we can no longer connect to any PC's at one location - they all have the Unattended Access version installed, but when you Connect via web or desktop app the connection just stays on 'You'll be able to access the remote computer shortly'. 

Access to our other sites is possible as normal.

Any ideas on how to resolve this, please?  Example session key=724952820 and key=979388846

        Unattended Access (Beta) is live!   Unattended Access, a feature requested by a lot of our customers is live now. Currently, it's in beta. You can add up to 100 computers per Technician subscription. They can also be accessed by your organization members.  My Computers  list in Zoho Assist home page will  always  display the online status of your unattended computers.
