Associate Survey with Potential, and not the Contact

Hi there...It seems as if the surveys are associated with the Contact in the CRM.....that is fine if you are asking people their opinion about your overall company.

We work with clients on specific projects and would like to send them a survey about the work we are doing in a Potential.  Is it possible to see the Survey in the Potential that is sending them the survey (from the CRM)?

I know that I can map fields from the Survey into the Potentials module, but that clutters the Potential with all these extra fields...I just want the nice summary page associated with the Potential like it is in the Contacts.

Possible?
