Want to find out if you are leaving unqualified Candidates Associated to a Job Order.
In other words you have 20 candidates associated to a job, you go through the candidate and there are only 5 that are worth working, contacting and looking into. The other 15 are completely Unqualified for the positions.

A. Unassociate candidates completely from the job order
B. Leave them associated and just change the status to Unqualified for that Job
Which is cleaner for the data base?
