I have IMAPed my master E-Mail info@ within Zoho CRM and share all E-mails with all of my agents.
The goal is, that all agents should be able to see the E-Mail history of a Lead / Contact / Account.
Because all agents are working in the same inbox the only way for us is to use TeamInbox because there is no shared inbox in mail.zoho or SalesInbox.
My Setup:
1. Masteremail info@ auto forward all recieved emails to TeamInbox -> All of my Agents have access to all Mails in TeamInbox and can work on them.
2. Masteremail info@ is Imaped with CRM and shared public -> All of my Agents can see the email history on lead / contacts
now the Problem:
Emails wich are sent from TeamInbox do not appear in the E-Mail history on leads / contacts because TeamInbox is not (yet) integrated in Zoho CRM.
The only way to get the sent E-mail into the CRM history would be to BCC our masteremail info@ everytime.
now the Question:
Is there an auto BCC Setting (like in mail.zoho) somwhere hidden in TeamInbox?
And much more important: When will there be an clean and efficient sync / integration between TeamInbox and CRM (and Desk?)?
