Building on the success of Zobot for IM Channels, we propose the implementation of automated comment responses within the Zoho SalesIQ integration for Facebook Pages.

Desired Functionality:

  • Triggering on Posts: Similar to Zobot, allow users to configure automated responses that trigger whenever someone comments on a specific post or all posts on their Facebook Page.

  • Prevent Reply Retriggering: Implement a mechanism to prevent the automated response from triggering again if a user replies to the initial automated response comment. This ensures only one automated response is sent per original comment.

Leveraging Zobot's Strengths:

  • Personalization: Integrate Zobot's ability to personalize responses. This could include using the commenter's name or tailoring the message based on keywords in the comment.
