Our employees are logging time in Zoho People to track time against projects, but we're lacking visibility into when their logged time is approaching the total budgeted project time. It's a pretty common need to prevent budget overages but we can't seem to figure out how to enable such a feature.

What we are ideally looking for is a warning/alert when a project is X% complete or has Y hours remaining. A mail is then sent to managers and project owners alerting them.

We have had multiple instances where a project is suddenly over budget after employees have worked over budget. At a minimum, they should be getting a notification that the budgeted time allocated has been used up. Right now it's a bit of a free-for-all.
