Automatic back up - Zoho Recruit, books, people,crm, analytics

Hello,

Has anyone found a good way of automatically backing up Zoho (CRM, expense, recruit, people, books, analytics).?

I have found with tool that does, but it doesn't include recruit or analytics

It's a bit annoying and time consuming having to go to each app manual and saving.

How to Add Users to your Organization in ZohoMail?
