Automatic folder creation in workdrive

Hi guys, 
Happy new year!

We have completed Zoho CRM and Workdrive integration!

Here is what we are trying to achieve and not sure if it is possible or not.

We provide different immigration services such as student visa, work permit, Permanent Residency etc. (Around 20 different services) and we have a pipeline for each service in the deal module (We renamed to application)

Also, we have created a folder in the work drive for each service/pipeline.

Whenever we add a new application (Deal), we select the pipeline and based on that selection, we want to create a new folder in the work drive inside the parent folder (Pipeline folder).

Can we do this using Zoho flow or custom function?
