"automatic installation failed"
Hi all,
We are just getting to grips with Zoho Assist and it is going well for the most part until today when a remote user was getting "automatic installation failed" when running join.exe.
The machine is running Server 2003 x86. We tried stopping the AV but it made no difference.
Any ideas?
