Automation of email flows and tasks for specific new contacts to support industry show speakers

Question for the group: I have been tasked with being the moderator for a series of tech summits.  I wish to send the speakers and panellists an email asking for a time to call them and discuss their topics.

The names and emails of speakers will come over time, so this is not a complete list I have in advance.  I need to be able to add people to the list and have emails and activities automatically done for each.

If the speaker does not open my email, I wish to send a follow up in a few days. If the speaker does not (after a time)  click on the link in the email to book a time for a call (using Zoho Bookings) a task will be created for me to call them directly.

What is the best Zoho tool for this?  I want to stay inside the CRM as much as possible.

Or do I need to create an automated campaign in Zoho Campaigns and then add the users one at a time to trigger the email flow?  But then I still need to automate the creation of the task.  Is MarketingHub better?

Any suggestions are welcome.

Best regards.
Joe

What are web sessions? A web session refers to the period of time you stay signed in to your Zoho One account. You create a new web session every time you sign in to Zoho One (or any of its included apps), and this session exists
