Automation on Flow doesn't work because I am not able to connect Zoho Survey and Recruit to flow

Hello, 

I am working on recruit automation where the candidates after they apply if they fit the criteria should receive another survey (that in this case is sent automatically via zoho email, and in that email, they can find the survey link). However, I am not able to continue the automation because I cannot know if they have submitted the survey. 

Is there any way for me to:
1. See if the survey is submitted 
2. Once the survey is submitted, change the status of the candidate automatically (maybe with a workflow in recruit) so that can trigger the next step in my automation in flow
3. If the survey is not submitted to send them automatic reminders which should stop WHEN the survey is submitted 

Please let me know if you guys have any ideas on how can I make this possible. I am using Zoho Flow, Zoho Recruit, Zoho Survey for this part. I am okay with using any of these individually for setting up this step, if that step continues my automation.
