Instead of assigning a shift to a specific temp employee, is it possible to publish an 'open shift' to a specific group of people and allow someone to claim the open shift?  

For example, the manager of a restaurant assigns a work shift to his employees.  Three of the employees become sick and cannot come to work.  The manager can then publish those 3 open shifts through Zoho Workerly to see if any other employees can fill the shifts.  This automates the shift filling process and takes the burden off the manager who has to do a manual process.
