An Application wherein you can create Award Category, Add up Criteria in brief (and these criterians have details added further which can be see by asking for narration further). once a particular award category created then all Nominated members name is entered and they are rated on these criterias by one or more than one (multi assessor), These criterias have weight divided out of 100% either evenly within all criteria by default or proportionately to the importance of criteria related to the position / job value of the designation of the individual nominated person who is being assessed or rated and thus when rated either by single or multi raters/ assesors, then all multi ratings are averaged out (weighted average or so) and thus each out of each individual whoever gets highest point is to be announced as final winner for the award category. there should be web interface for individual assesor and notification thru email should be there, one can asses from anywhere and doesn't require to have his permanent id for assessing. teh assessor can be issued one time temporaty user id (which can be teh email id ) and password (created temporaily) to access the link and this password is valid till the assesor submit the form, after submission, he gets new password to just see his ratings or he gets a copy of the ratings in proper HTML format in his email. This is 2nd part of module, the 1st part is Nomination gathering, but that idea is small and requires this platform to be created first and so shall be shared later
