B2B aspect of Commerce - external representative access

B2B aspect of Commerce - external representative access

Hi,

We use Commerce as a B2B platform for our retailers who distribute our products. They all have an account to place orders themselves on Commerce. As in every business reality, it is not all customers who will use the platform. Some still go through phone or email to our representative agencies to place in some orders.
Commerce orders sync through Zoho Inventory for order/invoice/shipment processing.

That said, we do not want to give a direct Zoho inventory access to our external sales agency for privacy reasons. Is there any way an account or log in user (our sales agency) on Commerce could be configured where it can place orders and chose the specific retailer that is ordering. We would link the retailers of this sales agency only. The outside sales representative would then only be able to monitor sales from customer account related to his agency.

I know this is a feature available on B2B platforms. I do understand Commercewas not meant for B2B use initially I think. Is this something your team consider offering soon? Is there any alternative right now?

Let me know,

Thank you

      • How to Add Users to your Organization in ZohoMail?

A better clarity so you can create other users to start using Zoho Mail. You can directly Add Users from the Control Panel to your Organization. You can invite users with the existing email address. If the person (user) already uses ZohoCRM, then you can import users from Zoho CRM. You can also import them using a .csv file. (if you are planning to add them in Bulk)  In this topic, We will be discussing on how to Add and Invite users only.  The Import options are self explanatory. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________
