Zoho needs a feature to weight respondents like some of the other survey software has, as poor representation is a threat to survey validity. These are used to improve representation - based on target profiles - such as the Census. So for example if your survey has too many females and too many young people, you can correct this at the point of analysis. While of course it would be too complex for Zoho to calculate weights, at least allow their import and use in analysis.
