Hi Zoho, 

I'm a brand new Zoho Notebook user, and I find it extremely difficult to understand how to use it. 

First, I should probably mention that I currently ONLY use ZN on Android and IOS. 

After 3,5 years of researching note apps, it boiled down to Evernote or Zoho Notebook. 

Now, I'm beginning to think that I made the wrong choice. 

My questions so far:

1. My text cards shows up as a big pile. I can only actually see the card on top. I hate that! I want to see them as a list of documents! 

2. The idea of saving things elsewhere and then moving it to Zoho Notebook seems faulty. I tried 5 times to send a photo from my album on my Sony Xperia XZ Premium (Android) to one of my Notebooks. Didn't work. No error message - the photo just didn't turn up in the Notebook.

Finally, I deleted the whole Notebook, and created a new one. Only then, I managed to put the photo in it. 

What is the reason for such a thing? How can I trust the ZN system, when it fails to complete actions, without even sending an error message? 

3. The photo mentioned above was originally upside down, when it was sent to me via Messenger. I saved in my Album app, and rotated it, so that showed up correctly. However, after moving it to a Notebook, the photo is once again upside down!  

This makes me downright scared. If a super simple thing like this doesn't work in ZN, how can I trust it?! 

4. I use 2 mobile phones, an Android and an IPhone, simultaneously. The sync between them seems EXTREMELY slow and unreliable. Also, I get loads of warnings and  weird error messages. Unfortunately, I haven't written them down (yet). 

5. Oftentimes, while I'm in ZN just trying to learn the basics, the round, clock-like symbol which means "loading" or "processing" in the Android world, shows up for no apparent reason. The only way to get it to disappear, is to restart my phone!

6. A round circle with "1" in it suddenly shows upp next to the ZN app icon. What does that mean in the ZN world? Does it mean that I received some kind of message? Where do I find these messages? 

7. How can I see a plan written text list of my Notebooks, instead of seeing the front cover of all my Notebooks? And how do I print such a list? 

8. Why is it the same password to the actual Zoho Notebook app, and to this Community? It seems like an EXTREMELY bad idea, security-wise. If the Community gets hacked, the hackers also get access to all my files in ZN! 

PLEASE. 

I want to love Zoho Notebook. 

But it seems so randomly put together. It's like things haven't been thought through properly. 

Kindly answer my questions as soon as possible.
