Being able to send a spontaneous candidate to client or hiring manager without a job link

Hi, Could we add the possibility to send a candidate to a client or a hiring manager even without relating the candidate to a specific job? In our reality of searching for great Talent when we find one we need to send him to our client or manager for review or meeting even if we don't have a job opening. It will happen when: We receive a spontaneous candidate's resume that doesn't correspond to any of our active jobs. OR When we are viewing a candidate associated to a specific job that we are not retaining but we feel that he could be interesting for another hiring manager and we would like him to meet the candidate anyway... Might be interesting to add the choice by adding a value "no specific job" in the mandatory field for the Job related or to get this field non mandatory in a Specific template email fo Submit to Client or manager - for spontaneous candidate.
